Becca Conviser

Recognized with a distinction from the Czech Ministry of Culture, Becca Conviser is a GRAMMY Foundation grant recipient whose work sits at the intersection of performance, entrepreneurial leadership, international collaboration, and advocacy.

Former Music Director, National Theater

Jaroslav Kyzlink

Former Music Director of the National Theatre Opera in Prague, Jaroslav Kyzlink is one of the Czech Republic’s leading conductors. His career spans major opera houses and festivals across Europe and Asia, with leadership posts in Prague, Brno, Bratislava, and Ljubljana and particular distinction in the works of Janáček.

FAQ

  • OFP provides an exceptionally comprehensive scope of individualized training. Masterclasses run throughout the entire day as individual coachings take place concurrently across multiple studios, ensuring every Fellow receives individual training daily. With programming happening simultaneously, OFP may provide up to 40 hours of individual instruction in a single day.

  • Application details and links for upcoming OFP programs will be shared here as they are announced.
    Join the OFP priority list to receive new program and application information first.

  • Each Fellow selects their own solo repertoire to record with our professional Czech orchestra partners. OFP customizes the orchestral experience for each Fellow. Professional photo and video are captured as part of the process for the Fellows digital materials.

  • OFP collaborates with distinguished international conductors, directors, coaches, répétiteurs, casting professionals, and senior industry leaders recognized at the highest levels of their fields. Our Prague-based team continues to expand each season, with new collaborators and exclusive venues added regularly.

  • OFP’s professional development opportunities include exclusive house auditions, career consultations, portfolio and website support, mentorship, and professional media tailored to each Fellow. Professional recordings with orchestra and piano, performance photography, and other career materials become part of each Fellow’s professional portfolio.
